Sophie possesses the rare combination of in-depth wine knowledge and ability to effectively communicate the key concepts to trade and consumer audiences alike.

Previously in the hospitality and events industry, Sophie is a regular speaker at corporate events, sits on the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC) judging panel and teaches the rigorous Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) courses that set the standard in professional wine qualifications.

The combination of Sophie's event management experience and wine knowledge allows her to capitalise on the huge demand for corporate entertainment. 'Many companies find that another off-roading weekend or slap-up meal alone no longer encourage the bonding with clients or colleagues that they require. On the other hand, everyone has an opinion about wine and we provide a setting in which customers and their clients can build personal relationships in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.' says Sophie.
